Title of Marudhuri Raja's film Andarikee Vandanalu is changed. Now, it is Adhyaksha (with tagline Andarikee Vandanalu). This was announced at a press meet jointly organized by the film's producer Valapali Jagannatha Rao and director Marudhuri Raja. Senior artiste and philanthropist Dr. TS Vijaychander plays the lead role in the film as a retired school teacher. He also attended the press meet and spoke at length about the social relevance of the film.

"We have previewed the film to Dr. Dasari Narayana Rao. He liked the film very much and suggested us to retitle the film as Adhyaksha, the title which he has given for our project. He also accepted to distribute the film. I am thankful to him," said Marudhuri Raja. "People know me popularly as Karunamayudu Vijaychander. I always wanted to work in social themes. I am sure this film will be fulfilling my dream." The film will be releasing soon.
