Sep 1st, 2008: The unit of Nagarjuna next movie King held a press meet on 29th August at Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. Hero Nagarjuna, director Sreenu Vytla, story writers Kona Venkat and Gopi took part in the press meet. The unit of King informed that the shooting is going on at brisk phase and the movie would be released on December 19th, 2008.
Speaking to the media, Seenu Vytla said that he is just the director of the movie and Nagarjuna is the real King of the movie. He also said that King is going to be a real treat to Nagarjuna fans. Srinu Vytla also added that the shooting of King is little different and every frame is being shot to perfection because King would be different from Nagarjuna’s earlier films.

Kona Venkat spoke to the media about the making of King script while keeping Nagarjuna image in mind. He said that he, Gopi and Sreenu Vytla took a lot of care in preparing the script.
Nagarjuna praised Sreenu Vytla and his team for preparing such a cool script for him. He also was happy to inform that his son Naga Chaitanya would be launched as hero later this year. Nagarjuna also praised Trisha for her acting talents.
