Ninna Nedu Repu progressing well The new film of hero Ravi Krishna (of 7/ G Brindavan Colony fame) with Akshara (formerly Rekha) as his heroine is under shoot at EVV House, Hyderabad. The film is made on SPR Entertainments India Private Limited Banner. Lakshmikant Chenna is the director (who earlier directed the successful Hinglish film Hyderabad Nawabs ). The current film is titled as Ninna Nedu Repu (Yesterday Today Tomorrow). Nukarapu Surya Prakash Rao is the producer. A media brief was held at the shooting spot today. The film is under its second schedule. It is expecting a finish by the next few weeks. Bilingual film with a difference Kunireddy Srinivasa Reddy, who presents the film, said: " Ninna Nedu Repu is a bilingual movie. Our banner was previously SP Entertainments. It had made Holi, Adirindayya Chandram and Brahmastram. A Kannada film titled Galipata is also in the pipeline. Anil, who debuted with the film Sambhavami Yuge Yuge, is scoring music for this bilingual film. The story is completely different from the routine movies." Lakshmikanth Chenna said: "I am happy to be doing this bilingual film. Previously I made entry into film industry as a director with Hyderabad Nawabs. You all know about the success level of that film. I am sure; this film will be another blockbuster from me." Ravi Krishna said that he liked the story very much. "I actually heard the story in February. I told the same to my father (AM Ratnam). He instantly liked it and granted me the permission to do this film. This is a youthful film. It deals with the problems and psychology of the youth." Changed my name for Good Akshara (Rekha) said: "I have changed my name to Akshara. The reason for the change is that a couple of years ago, TV9 made a scrolling that I was dead in an accident. My friends suggested me to change my name for good. I did it. I am happy to be coming back to Telugu industry after a gap of nearly three years. During this gap, I was busy with modeling in Mumbai and Kannada film industry." |
