Music director Ramana Gogula has turned into a producer by launching the new film of hero Sumanth at a colorful function held at Whisper Valley, Hyderabad. Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao lit the lamp and launched the new production house of Ramana Gogula christened Green Mangoes Cinema.
"Ramana Gogula is a very innovative person. I hope he will definitely succeed as a producer. The audience are very much in need of novelty and variety. If these two things are fulfilled, the Telugu film industry will have golden days once again," he said. The production is currently titled Mango Number One.
The film is directed by Raj, who earlier pursued his writing career in Britain and the USA. "Raj has been narrating me good stories for the last two years. I liked one of his subjects very much. That's why I turned into a producer. I am happy that Sumanth is my first hero," Ramana Gogula maintained. Raj said: "I met Ramana Gogula two years ago in London. I always feel that he is a very close friend of mine." The gathering of guests included hero Venkatesh, director Jayanth Paranji, Lagadapati Sridhar, K. Raghavendra Rao, Anita and others. Ramana Gogula himself provides the music for the film. |
