Malabar beauty Honey Rose, who debuted as heroine opposite Sivaji, soon learnt the trick of the trade. She started learning Telugu as fast as she could. The film is titled Aalayam (meaning Temple). Produced by UK-based NRI Anoop Chakravarthy, the flick is directed by veteran Mutyala Subbaiah, known for his series of hits with the family crowds. "I felt a bit nervous at the start to grasp the unfamiliar tongue Telugu. Soon, I cherished strong liking for it. When I hear the saying Desa Bashalandu Telugu Lessa, I sincerely accept it. There is much hospitality and melody in the tongue." Director Muthyala Subbaiah too has dumped rich praise on the heroine. "Generally, the directors find it difficult with girls coming from Mumbai and Kerala. To make them understand our Telugu is somehow difficult. But, this girl is an exception." The film is planned to release in April, coinciding with Sri Rama Navami. The subject is about the importance of joint family system and the human sentiments attached to the order.
