Story 1 from Srikakulam: Anitha,Nagaraju lovers from GMR college,Rajam…Anitha forcibly married to another guy selected by their parents… Nagaraju heartbroken and written a song and died…Then anitha read that and died…And Nagaraju’s brother gave a tune to that song and made his brother live through that song…
Story 2 from Nellore: Anitha, Nagaraju lovers.. Anitha forcibly getting married to another guy selected by their parents… Nagaraju heartbroken and written a song and sung in her marriage.. and died. Looking at that Anitha died…
I came across another 2 stories as well. But the same lines common in their stories are anitha forcibly married to another guy. Heartbroken both are died after writing this lyric by Nagaraju..
I am very curious to know the real story behind this as I can not stop listening to this song whereever I roam in Andhra. Yes complete Andhra.Surprisingly it is popular everywhere and its heard by most of the people through their mobiles, marriage functions, auto rickshaws, what not… Even yesterday i saw this in tv9.
