NBK, Botsa launched Bajanthreelu Music
The audio of Bajanthreelu, an MS Narayana-directed film is tonight launched in Hyderabad. The film is made on Devi Movie Makers. Senior producer Devi Varaprasad is the presenter, while his daughter Devi Aiswarya is the producer. Chakri scores music. Aditya Music is marketing the album.
The audio cassette was released by State Housing minister Botsa Satyanarayana , who presented it to movie moghal Dr. D. Ramanaidu. Nandamuri Balakrishna released the audio CD and it was presented to APFCC President MS Reddy.
K. Raghavendra Rao, B. Gopal, KL Narayana, Tammareddy Bharadwaj, Trivikram, ML Kumar Chowdary, K. Nageswara Rao, MV Raghu, SV Krishna Reddy, Ammiraju, Gopi Mohan, heroine Sushmita, Farzana, Chalapati Rao and others took part in the event.
Nandamuri Balakrishna said: "In the past, Devi Movie makers produced several big budget films with big heroes. Though this banner of Devi Varaprasad suffered setbacks for some years, I am sure; it will regain the lost glory again. I still remember my association with the banner on which my Bale Dhonga film was made. I came to know that Kota Srinivasa Rao is made to do the role of Ravu Gopalarao on the lines of the latter’s role in Muthyala Muggu. It is a big difficulty to do the comedian. I appreciate MS Narayana for his concentration in direction. I wish the entire unit a grand success."
D. Ramanaidu said: "I wish best of luck to Devi Varaprasad. His banner had given big hits to NTR and Chiranjeevi."
Director MS Narayana said: "I went to Dasari Narayana Rao with the script. After making good changes, Dasari suggested the title of Bajantreelu, and also prompted me to take in Kota Srinivasa Rao to play the character on the lines of Ravu Gopalarao. I am thankful to Dasari garu and to Devi Varaprasad."
Chakri said that he scored music for five songs, of which his favorite is Priyathamaa. The tunes well suit the subject of the film.
MS Reddy requested Minister Botsa Satyanarayana to increase the subsidy provision to small budget movies to a level of 50 prints rather than the existing 35 prints. It would really benefit the small producers, he added.
