"Buddha" releasing on May 2nd
"Buddha", the Hindi-English bilingual movie is all set for release on May 2nd, coinciding with Buddha Poornima. The movie is produced by K. Rajasekhar on Dharmapadha Creations. Parvati Melton plays the preferred role of Amrapali. The film unit arranged a press meet at a private hotel in Hyderabad today. Director Allani Sridhar, Raju (Son of lyric writer Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry), Sunil Varma (of ETV Bhagavatham fame), Kausha were among those who were present. Allani Sridhar said that the first schedule which began at RFC on February 26 th was complete. The second schedule will take place this month and April. The flick will project the message of Buddha and depict the times during his period. Some of the vital scenes would be shot in the real places where Buddha lived and preached. Punit Issar is playing a key role in the movie
