Superstar Krishna received a big setback with the ruling given by the High Court. The court directed the actor to immediately stop work on the five acres land of Padmalaya Studios. The court said that the land was given to Padmalaya for the purpose of a studio and hence it cannot be used for any other purpose. Krishna entered into n agreement with a private party and is planning to build a huge commercial complex at the place.
Krishna faced a similar problem just before the elections with the government deciding to take away the land as it was being alienated against
the rules. Krishna later made peace with the congress party and got back the land. He is now in fresh trouble with the High Court directing that no permanent structure should come up in the five acres.
