She also admitted she struggled with the language barrier while filming her first Bollywood movie – but got a helping hand from her co-stars. "All the actors were very sweet and gorgeous! They helped translate when I needed to understand something," she added.

Australian pop star Kylie Minogue has become the highest paid foreign celebrity in Bollywood after pocketing more than $1 million (800,000 pounds) for performing a single song. The ’Fever’ star lent vocals and shot for a dance number in Shree Ashtavinayak Cine Vision Ltd’s maritime feature ’Blue’, reports contactmsuic.com. After recording the song in London, the singer has shot for the song with Akshay Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, Zayed Khan and Lara Dutta in India.
Kalki Koechlin
Kalki Koechlin, who slipped into Chandramukhi’s robe in the film ’Dev D’, is of French origin. In a bid to make it big in the Hindi film industry, Kalki pursued drama and theatre at Goldsmiths University of London. With fame, she also found her love interest in the script writer/director Anurag Kashyap. "Anurag and I are very similar individuals. We’re both very artistic and unconventional," says Kalki. Anurag has scripted another movie called ’Happy Ending’ to tap his lady love’s acting potential.
