Movie shooting sets have always fascinated the general public. This so called art work also helps the movie to rake in sufficient publicity, pre-release. There are some flicks which drew huge crowds thanks to the sets in them. For instance, Mahesh Babu’s Arjun with Madurai Meenakshi temple and Okkadu with Charminar set. The cost of these sets was put somewhere around 3 to 4 crores each. For the first time, Pawan Kalyan’s film Jalsa has come up with a Rs. 1 crore Pub set at Annapoorna Studios. A song shoot was to have taken place for five days, but it was finished in just three days. Instead of dismantling it later, it was decided to keep it as a permanent set, which would be useful for many numbers of films to come.
