Meet the foodie

MUMBAI, MAY 17 (INDIATIMES MOVIES) Isha Koppikar reveals her food and health secrets. I am very health conscious but I don’t believe in dieting. I am a complete foodie and I love both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. I start my day with taekwonodo and dancing. It depends upon whenever or whatever I get to do.
Dancing is a more natural way to tone your body. I believe in both yoga and exercises. I do weights thrice a week. I visit the gym two to four times in a week. However I think yoga is essential for a healthy mind and body as well. I believe it has tremendous power that helps you a lot.
According to me one should have a healthy meal to stay fit and energetic throughout the day. Though I am a complete foodie, I don’t follow any diet. I love eating. I love sea food. I don’t enjoy red meat much but I love chicken. I have recently taken to Desi Murgi . I don’t like broiler chicken much. I love Chinese and Biryani for lunch. I love to have pastries and natural Ice cream.
