NTR Jr says no Yugandhar remake

There had been reports that director P.Vasu of Chandramukhi fame would be remaking Yugandhar with NTR Jr. However, the actor categorically stated that such a proposal was not on the anvil. He prefers to act in the remake of Daana Veera Shoora Karna.
Yugandhar, starring NTR Sr, was a remake in Telugu of Amitabh Bachchan’s Don. Recently, director Farah Khan remade Don in Hindi with Shah Rukh Khan. In Tamil, Billa was a remake of Hindi Don with Rajinikanth. Now Ajit Kumar is remaking Billa as Billa 2007 in Tamil.
NTR Jr said that, for the present, his only assignment is Kanthri. He said that the story for Kanthri is not yet ready. Once the storyline is completed, the film will go to floors.
