The Mumbai air is filled with this hot news that a Sequel is being planned to the hit film Chak De India, starring Shahrukh in lead. The grapevine says that the film will have Shahrukh will be behind the camera wearing Director’s Cap. Idea of making the sequel to Chek De India came to King Khan after tasting the superb success of the film, which not only became a hit at the box office but also a cult film for Indian sports.
 
Talks are on between Shahrukh, Yash Raj films and Producer Aditya Chopra for this sequel project. Chak De India director Shimit Amin, Screen writer Jaideep Sahni are busy in giving the shapes to the story and script. Rani Mukharjee will also join the Chak De team in the sequel with the focus of the movie remains same – Indian Women’s Hockey.
